It all began with an experience fueled by a deep passion. We pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to help you understand the different angles and objectives of this form of sound therapy. Our approach is rooted in personal intention and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to your well-being and experience.

What actually happens in a sound therapy session?

Every experience is different, depending on where you are at mentally, emotionally and physically. You simply rest in a comfortable safe setting, while I create soundscapes using a variety of bowls, instruments, chimes. The vibrations of these sounds move through you on an energetic level, helping to calm your nervous system and gently release stuck emotions. You do not need to "do" anything. Come with an open mind and just allow yourself to feel what comes up.

Do I need to know how to meditate to benefit?

Not at all. Even if you have never meditated before, sound naturally guides your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation and balance. The sound does the work, you just rest and listen. If you have never meditated this will lead you into that state.

What if I fall asleep? Does it still work for me?

YES! many people drift into a sleep. The vibrations reach your body and subconscous mind either way, so you will recieve the benefits and may even feel like a dreamstate, having thoughts come up or just feeling emotions and releasing them with sensations of warmth or feeling cold, yawning, body twitches. It finds it's way out. leaving you feeling less anxious or bothered.

Is sound therapy spiritual, scientif, or both?

Both. Sound has been used for thousands of years in spiritual traditions ( Think church choir, tibetan chanting, communal drummimg or singing with instruments that guide you deeper ) We honor the intent of the traditional use. Modern science confirms how vibration can influence brain waves, reduce stress and support healing on a cellular level. At Noetic Dreamers we invite both perspectives.

What makes Noetic Dreamers approach different?

We understand how important intention and safety make space for energy to move. At Noetic Dreamers , each session is guded by intuition and your energy in that moment. We don't just play sounds, we create a safe space for you to find rest and release. If you create the time for your connection to self, the body begins to trust in the calm. Your journey is a personal and unique one to you. We honor that and hold a space for you to rise to a sense of clarity.

How is sound therapy different from listening to music at home?

Live sound therapy uses specific frequencies, rhythms, and instruments that your body physically feels. The combination of the sounds and the sensations allow for a deeper ability to decompress and release tension or emotions that feel stuck. It is emmersive and vibrational, something headphones or speakers can't fully create.

Can sound therapy really release emotions stored in the body?

Yes, it really can. Sound bypasses the thinking mind and reaches deeper layers of the nervous system, disrupting stored emotions in our cellelur body. Sometimes emotions, memories or sensations surface as part of the release. It is always at your bodies pace and in a safe space. Many times you release with out any knowledge, with just a a thought and a sensation.

What if i don't " feel " anything?

Every individual and experience is different.

Some individuals feel body sensations ( warm, cold, twitches, yawning, tingling)  Some see images, Many feel deeply rested. Even if it feels subtle, our body is still recieveing and recalibrating. We say give it a try and trust the process. 

Are there any risks or individuals that should not participate?

Sound therapy is non invasive and safe for most individuals. Because we can not make medical decisions it is best that you understand your sensitivies. 

If you have light and sound sensitives, have epilepsy, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker, please let us know so that we can adapt the session. A one on one may be more comfortable for you.

How many Sessions does it take to notice a change?

Some individuals notice a shift after one session; Lighter, better sleep, clarity, others experience gradual changes over time. It depends on the individuals unique body, emotions and openness.
